What can I ask Verca AI about?
Ask about products, documentation, bills of materials, suppliers, test evidence and relevant regulations. Answers reflect your account configuration and user permissions.
Can Verca AI take actions without approval?
No. Agent mode can propose permitted actions, but nothing happens until an authorised user approves them. Chat mode answers questions only.
Which of our data can Verca AI access?
Only data the signed-in user is permitted to access. Existing project access, roles and feature settings continue to apply.
Where do the answers come from?
Verca AI grounds answers in your organisation's data and curated EU legal sources. When legal sources are used, they are cited. Missing evidence is clearly identified.
Does Verca AI replace legal advice?
No. Verca AI supports product compliance work but does not replace professional legal advice. Questions requiring legal interpretation should be reviewed by a qualified expert.
Is our data used to train models?
Commercial customer data is not used for provider model training under the applicable provider terms. AI-related processing occurs only where your organisation has enabled AI and an authorised user starts the feature. Learn more in Verca's Data Processing Agreement.
