Platform performance, user experience and regulatory coverage are monitored on an ongoing basis. Development areas are identified systematically and prioritised based on customer value and regulatory relevance.

The platform is developed and maintained in accordance with:

• Applicable EU directives and CE regulations
• Harmonized standards
• Requirements for document management and traceability
• Swedish and European data protection legislation

The platform supports CE compliance but does not replace the legal responsibility of the customer's organization.

Verca AB provides decision support, guidance and structured workflows. Verca AB does not issue CE marking and does not act as a certification body.

The customer's organization is responsible for:

• Accuracy of information and product data
• Decisions regarding design, risk and CE compliance
• Correctness of uploaded documents
• Legal compliance in manufacturing and distribution

Verca AB's policies are updated on an ongoing basis when legislation, technical standards, cybersecurity requirements or business development change. All changes are version-controlled, documented and communicated. Current versions are published on verca.se. Previous versions are retained internally and may be provided upon request.
