In most cases, yes. Verca guides your team through the work and keeps requirements, evidence and decisions in one place. If your product requires assessment by a notified body, that becomes clear, and external experts can be invited with scoped access.

The technical file is built continuously as you work. Every assessment, test and decision is captured in it, and the Declaration of Conformity is generated from the content and version-controlled automatically when things change. The file and its history are accessible throughout the product's lifecycle and for the ten years EU law requires after the last unit is placed on the market.

Yes. Import, export and API support allow Verca to work alongside your existing ERP, PLM and document management systems. You can keep your current processes and introduce Verca at the pace that works for your organization.

Yes. The platform covers traditional CE directives, the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Digital Product Passports (DPP) under ESPR, and environmental product declarations (EPD). When new delegated acts are published, requirements are updated automatically.

No. You pay for your selected subscription and any additional user seats. There are no separate fees for implementation, setup or configuration.

Absolutely. Verca does not replace specialist expertise. It gives you your own system of record. Invite consultants when needed, control their access and keep documentation, decisions and history within your organization.

Your primary platform data is stored encrypted within the EU. Data is sent to external AI sub-processors outside the EU/EEA only when the organization has expressly enabled AI and an authorized user starts an AI capability. Access is controlled with role-based permissions per project and document. You decide who sees what, including external reviewers, importers, distributors and consultants, and permission levels follow the ESPR distinction between consumers, economic operators and market surveillance authorities.

You own your data. Throughout the contract you can export products, technical files, declarations and history in open formats (JSON, CSV and PDF). On termination, you keep full access during the notice period plus a further 30 days. After that, your data is permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR.
