Know what applies

What RegCheck is

A deterministic, read-only suggestion engine.

  • Compares product facts against active rules, exceptions and effective dates.
  • Shows Add, Keep and Remove only where the rule set has coverage.
  • Never changes the compliance profile until an authorised user reviews and applies the suggestions.

Trace every suggestion

Keep every suggestion connected to the product facts, regulatory source and final decision. Every review starts with a complete record.

01

Product facts behind the result

See which classifications, properties and dates were included when RegCheck ran.

02

A basis your team can review

Each suggestion connects to the regulatory entry and product facts that made it relevant.

03

An explicit team decision

Suggestions remain suggestions until an authorised user chooses what to apply.

RegCheck suggests. You decide.

Automation reduces manual research without shifting the manufacturer's responsibility. The platform structures the evidence; your organisation makes the final assessment.

Verca

Structures and suggests

  • Keeps regulatory entries and relationships together in one shared structure.
  • Produces consistent RegCheck suggestions from product facts.
  • Shows the basis and why a suggestion became relevant.
  • Makes changes and potential product impacts visible.

Your organisation

Reviews and decides

  • Confirms which legislation and requirements should actually be applied.
  • Accepts, declines or adjusts each suggestion.
  • Ensures the assessment is supported by the right product evidence.
  • Retains responsibility for final assessment, signing and market access.

Requirements Engine, explained

How RegCheck turns regulatory data into suggestions your team can review and approve.

What is RegCheck?

RegCheck is Verca's deterministic, rules-based suggestion engine. It maps product data to relevant legislation, requirements, standards, modules, markings and documents for your team to review.

Is RegCheck AI?

No. RegCheck follows defined rules, so the same inputs and date produce the same result. Verca AI can help you run RegCheck and act on its output, but it does not change the evaluation.

Which product data does RegCheck use?

Product category, product group, intended use, technical properties, market and planned placement date. RegCheck uses only the fields relevant to each rule.

Are suggestions applied automatically?

No. RegCheck is read-only. A user with the right permissions must review and apply every Add, Keep or Remove suggestion.

What happens when legislation or a standard changes?

Verca retains relevant regulatory versions. Monitoring can surface products that may be affected, and RegCheck can reassess the current product data.
